Este estudo baseia-se em 217 conjuntos de dados de engenharia revelados.<strong>Ocorre um salto na efici\u00eancia metab\u00f3lica microbiana quando se aumenta a capacidade de tratamento do sistema para 1,5-2,0 vezes o volume total da coluna de \u00e1gua<\/strong>--N\u00e3o se trata de uma simples amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento, mas sim de uma otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da hidrodin\u00e2mica e do controlo preciso do biofilme, de modo a que o sistema de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, de \"bombeiro\", se transforme em \"guardi\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gico! \".<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"marklang-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Este artigo demonstra o valor central do projeto de sobredimensionamento (OD) de sistemas de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o na opera\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de corpos de \u00e1gua paisag\u00edsticos atrav\u00e9s da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um modelo tridimensional acoplado fluido-micr\u00f3bio (3D-FMBM) e da combina\u00e7\u00e3o de 217 conjuntos de dados emp\u00edricos de engenharia. O estudo mostra que, quando a capacidade de tratamento do sistema atinge 1,5-2,0 vezes a capacidade total da massa de \u00e1gua, a taxa de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o de amon\u00edaco (AOR) \u00e9 aumentada para 5,2 mgN\/L-h, a taxa de inibi\u00e7\u00e3o da biomassa de algas (ABIR) atinge 98,71 TP3T e o \u00edndice de resist\u00eancia do sistema a cargas de choque (RSLI) \u00e9 melhorado em 3,8 ordens de grandeza, para se conseguir uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o do custo total do ciclo de vida (LCC) de 41,61 TP3T.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">1.<strong>Defici\u00eancias de capacidade do sistema na perspetiva da din\u00e2mica do tratamento da \u00e1gua<\/strong>\u200c<\/span><\/h4>\n<h5><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1.1 Instabilidade n\u00e3o linear das concep\u00e7\u00f5es convencionais<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"marklang-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">A rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a taxa de crescimento espec\u00edfico \u03bc das bact\u00e9rias nitrificantes e a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de substrato S foi deduzida a partir da equa\u00e7\u00e3o de Monod:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"katex-display\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span class=\"katex\"><span class=\"katex-html\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><span class=\"base\"><span class=\"mord\"><span class=\"mfrac\"><span class=\"vlist-t vlist-t2\"><span class=\"vlist-r\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2373\" src=\"http:\/\/www.osaces.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"196\" height=\"75\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.osaces.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-1.jpg 196w, http:\/\/www.osaces.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-1-18x7.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 196px) 100vw, 196px\" \/><span class=\"vlist-s\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"marklang-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Quando o volume de tratamento do sistema Q se aproximou do volume total de \u00e1gua V (Q\/V = 1,0), as flutua\u00e7\u00f5es na concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de substrato resultaram em oscila\u00e7\u00f5es do valor de \u03bc at\u00e9 631 TP3T (Fig. 1), o que desencadeou diretamente exced\u00eancias peri\u00f3dicas das concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de amon\u00edaco-nitrog\u00e9nio (NH3-N) (&gt;0,5 mg\/L).<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">1.2 Mecanismos fotobioqu\u00edmicos dos surtos de algas<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"marklang-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Sob PAR (radia\u00e7\u00e3o fotossinteticamente ativa) &gt;280 \u03bcmol\/m\u00b2-s, o sistema convencional resultou num aumento exponencial da presen\u00e7a de algas (Chla) devido \u00e0 falta de um m\u00f3dulo de fotoinibi\u00e7\u00e3o frontal:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"katex-display\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span class=\"katex\"><span class=\"katex-mathml\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2374\" src=\"http:\/\/www.osaces.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"73\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.osaces.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2-2.jpg 328w, http:\/\/www.osaces.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2-2-300x67.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.osaces.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2-2-18x4.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 328px) 100vw, 328px\" \/><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"marklang-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">(I_avg: irradi\u00e2ncia m\u00e9dia di\u00e1ria;
